Welcome to GIFSA

Goldfields Individual and Family Support Association (GIFSA) is an incorporated association that supports people with disabilities, those who care for them, and their families.  As a not-for-profit registered charity that grew out of the community back in 1991, GIFSA collaborates with other community based organisations, State and Federal Governments to provide a range of individualised services.

GIFSA’s vision is ‘For people with disability and their families to be valued and accepted in the community’.  ‘Celebrating Life’s Journey’ by supporting people with disability and their families to live the life they want is how we plan to achieve the vision.

We promise to act with integrity, respect and empathy; be responsible and accountable; cultivate community spirit and; be committed to quality improvement and innovation.
